Featuring members of Polyrhythmics\, True Loves and Parlor Greens. Their debut record\, “Mixtape: Vol One”  is a fantastic voyage from the annals of funkafied late-60’s rare-groove into mid-90’s crate-digger backpack boom-bap; Champagne Bubblebath delivers the goods\, a medicinal expression session that’s sure to move the crowd. \nPolyrhythmics’ drummer Grant Schroff taps a few familiar faces to help facilitate his vision: Polyrhythmics’ Jason Gray (bass) and Ben Bloom (guitar) both join the fray\, along with famed Emerald City funk guitar OG Jimmy James (True Loves\, Parlor Greens)\, with whom Schroff has old-school roots working with Delvon Lamarr Organ Trio many moons ago. \n\n\nEntry Requirements: All patrons must be 19 years of age or older with two pieces of valid ID (one of which must be government issued with a photograph). We do not allow gang or fight related apparel. We are members of the BarWatch program\, so entry may be denied due to previous incidents at our or other participating venues.

In 2022\, a loose pact was made: start something new\, don’t overthink it\, and write catchy songs that feel relatable and genuine. \nBased in the mountain town of Squamish\, British Columbia\, Surf Hat have been crafting their own version of cold-water surf rock — beach music written somewhere between the ocean and the mountains. Their sound floats somewhere between breezy shimmer of Allah-Las\, the loose swagger of The Growlers\, and the off-kilter quirkiness of Talking Heads. \nThe band has quickly built momentum the old-fashioned way: writing constantly and taking their music on the road. Surf Hat have released three full-length albums\, including Modern World Blues released in November 2025\, a record that expands their sound without losing the loose\, unhurried spirit the band started with. \nFollowing their most recent release\, Surf Hat have spent the year circling the globe on sold out headline tours across Canada\, the United States\, and Australia\, convincingly turning casual listers into lifelong fans.
